Arrived on time and didn’t go back until an hour later. This was my first appointment and I entered my history online, yet still had to answer all the questions again. I even called to confirm my appointment and that I could receive the specific service, yet when I arrived they had the wrong type of appointment listed. Restroom had the tiniest bit of toilet paper and it wasn’t even on the roll, no table space or hook to hang your bag while you provide a urine sample. Then you have to walk it out to the lobby and wait until the receptionist puts on a glove to take the sample. Exam room was old and run down, trash was overflowing with no lid. Stir up covers were dingy. The nurse I saw was nice, but the office needs some serious updating.

After seeing two other doctors and not getting any real help, I scheduled a problem appointment with Dr. Holderfield. She’s the first doctor to take my medical concerns seriously and help me get some answers. Thank you so much!
